Background: A decrease in the tornado population in mobile homes has caused alarm in the year 2463 and it is feared that cartoonists will no longer be able to capitalize on the scientifically proven trailer home-tornado relation. So it has been decided that some want tornadoes to return.
A Bill:
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America:
To Force Tornadoes to Return to Trailer Homes
Section 1: Tornadoes will return to trailer homes
Section 2: Trailer homes will be mandated to not whine about flying cows and other flying objects.
Section 3: This bill will be funded by the Association for Mobile Tornadoes (AMT).
Section 4: This bill will go into effect in a month.
