It is the year 2021 and the world of pop music has become so horrible that it is considered to be ending. The fans of this music are almost like zombies and are completely obedient to there idols such as Justin Beiber and The Jonas Brothers. As such the only solution the greatest minds in the world could come up with are to put these people in a zoo.
A Bill:
Be it enacted by the world:
To Put Numerous Pop Stars into a Zoo, Forever
Section 1: Major pop stars whose music make zombies will be placed in zoos.
Section 1a: In these zoos they will be allowed to sign autographs an hour a day.
Section 2: They will be replaced with good music.
Section 2a: This good music will be decided by a global committee which will see if people become zombies or not under its influence.
Section 3: Funding for this bill will come from the world's fund for protection.
Section 4: This bill will go into effect immediately.
