Section 1: Cars will no longer produce carbon

Section 1a: Instead they will produce water vapor

Section 2: Volcanoes will be corked to prevent them making carbon

To Force Computers to Obey Martians

Section 1: A computer virus will be released to all martian computers until they submit.

Section 2: This will be designed by the great Martian programmer Stephen Gates.

Section 3: This bill will be funded by the fund Against Evil Computers

Section 4: This bill will go into effect immediately.

Background: It is Martian year 2067. As computers have become more and more sentient some computers have threatened a full rebellion by shutting down all Martian systems which would cause uncountable deaths. There forth some have questioned whether we should simply destroy them. How ever as they are the only other known sentient life in the Universe other Martians consider it genocide. Discuss.

Section 3: Funding for this bill will come from the Department of Obscure Travels (DOT)
